Shipping FAQs

• How is shipping calculated?

  The cost of shipping depends where the items are being sent from.

  💜 Items shipped by Rhonda typically fall into the $5 flat rate shipping or free shipping categories.

  💜 Items that are made-to-order are shipped by the manufacturer directly to you, and those prices are set by the manufacturer.

  💜 If items in your order are shipping from multiple locations, there will be a separate shipping charge for each location.

  💜 Some items, such as coffee mugs or posters, are shipped in special protective packaging and will ship separately from other items.

  So for instance, if you order items shipping from two different locations, you will be charged a shipping rate that combines the shipping cost of both items added together. The amount you are charged directly reflects the actual cost of sending your items.

• When will my items arrive?

  Shipping times vary depending on the type of merchandise.

  💜 Items that are made-to-order can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on production time. (Made-to-order items will be noted in the product description.)

  💜 Items in the $5 Flat Rate Shipping and Free Shipping categories typically ship within 5 to 7 business days using First Class mail, which takes an additional 2 to 5 days to arrive.

  💜 In some rare instances, made-to-order items may ship from international manufacturing facilities and require some extra time to get through United States Customs. If your package has been stuck at customs for 30 days or more, please contact us so that we can file a missing package report.

  💜 International orders take longer to arrive; unfortunately the USPS can be pretty slow with overseas delivery. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us so we can help you investigate!

• Do you ship internationally?

  2025 UPDATE: Due to EU regulations that make my eyes cross, I have paused shipping to some countries for most products. (Bonus Content and freebies remain available worldwide!)

  Yes, I will shop your package anywhere in the world, as long as it's serviced by the United States Postal Service!

  International shipping can be a bit pricey, but the amount you are charged directly reflects the prices charged by the USPS.

  Please be aware that the postal service has been excruciatingly slow with international packages lately, so it might take a while to get to you! If you've been waiting more than 30 days, please contact me and I'll see if I can track down your package and find out what's going on.

  Depending on your location and the total you spent, International orders may also be subject to import duties.

  Hi, that's me! Welcome to my colorful world!

  I'm an artist, entrepreneur, cat love, content creator, and all-around weirdo. I like do draw, crochet, and sew. I've been known to dabble in machine learning and augmented reality. Head to my about page to learn more!
