Gorgeous in green!
The polkadot fabric was the first vintage textile I ever rescued from a thrift shop and it started an obsession. It was in my stash for many years before I finally decided on a project for it! It's a heavy-weight fabric, which gives the skirt quite a bit of structure around the bottom and creates a full, lolita shape.
This OOAK circle skirt has a very vintage silhouette, which nicely compliments the fabric. It is trimmed with vintage eyelet lace, which was also thrifted! Elastic waist.
My favorite thing about using vintage and reclaimed materials is that it means this garment is totally unique. You'll never have to worry about walking into a party and seeing someone else dressed as your twin!
