I’m obsessed with this vintage purple fabric that I found at a thrift shop. It’s just the most gorgeous color! The heavy weight of the fabric gives the circle skirt nice structure and volume around the bottom.
It’s not just any circle skirt though! It can optionally be tied up in the front to give it an old-school princess feel. When it’s not tied up, the ribbon ties hide inside the skirt. The elastic waist can be finicky and gets a bit wonky sometimes, but if you stretch & release it, it goes back to normal.
Trimmed with a super lux turquoise ruffle trim. (Which of course I also found at a thrift shop!) This is a truly one-of-a-kind piece!
